I don't think that we are angry. You seem to be frustrated, and I can understand why. We have a difficult time to help you.

Rap songs come out of the ghetto. The ghetto life, especially for a young man, is characterized by filth, prostitution, every kind of horrible crime, prison and jail, gangs and violence, killings, drug and alcohol addiction, broken homes, little education, poor housing, bad food, no healthcare, and low-pay jobs or hope for any future. Many young men are killed or die in the violence.

The specialized vocabulary in rap songs are not in standard English dictionaries. These words and allusions are made up by the artists, it is a coded language that only the ghetto people can appreciate. They are expressing their condition, and you can expect that they lyrics deal with the reality and misery of their daily existence - drugs, prostitution, etc.

I doubt that anyone who contributes here has any experiences in the inner-city ghetto. We do not use this language in our daily lives. We can guess a translation, but it is only a guess, even with context. I doubt that the more obscure parts can be translated into another language. It is the language of the ghetto, a foreign language even to us.

what is 'keep all in the weed"? Weed is marijuana, an illegal, but widely used drug. Gehtto people are involved in selling illegal drugs. So instead of keeping money in the bank, what they have is an inventory of drugs to sell.

Anyway, I did some googling for one of your other posts, and found that "Remi" is a character in a book about a 13-year-old Haitian immigrant in one of the worst ghettos. There is the crew of a train. The song's "weave" might refer to the story that he gets involved in.

Within the novel the characters discuss racial tensions as fact, the cause of myriad inequalities. There is an authentic sound to the place, time and the injustice. Remi, newly arrived from Haiti, is troubled by the "uncaring and cold" faces. Remi had seen many such faces on policemen and soldiers, on shop-keepers, clerks and immigration officials. He had seen those same faces already on American TV. Not all were white, but all seemed to harbor some secret hate.
