What is "it's out of question'? Thanks.

Dear all,
Could you tell me the exact meaning of "it is out of hand" in bold? Does that mean "it got out of control"? Thank you for your answer.

A: What do you think about high salaries received by professional athletes?

B: It’s out of question, in my opinion. I don’t see how players can complain about their salaries when they’re already earning more than almost everybody else.

Thanks.

In this sentence, I suppose it means something like: ''The situation has escalated (gotten out of control)''. 'Out of hand' usually means 'out of control'.

That said, sentence B starts off weird. 'It's' probably refers to 'the situation of professional athletes receiving salaries that are too high'.

Hope I helped.

By the way, you still have ''It's out of question'' written in bold. You should change it to it is out of hand, if that was the intended sentence.
