Dear all, Could you tell me the exact meaning of "it is out of hand" in bold? Does that mean "it got out of control"? Thank you for your answer.
A: What do you think about high salaries received by professional athletes?
B: It’s out of question, in my opinion. I don’t see how players can complain about their salaries when they’re already earning more than almost everybody else.
Thanks.

In this sentence, I suppose it means something like: ''The situation has escalated (gotten out of control)''. 'Out of hand' usually means 'out of control'.
That said, sentence B starts off weird. 'It's' probably refers to 'the situation of professional athletes receiving salaries that are too high'.
