What is incorrect about the following sentence?
She's the university teacher.
The book I'm using lists "She's a university teacher." as the only correct option.
Struggling to understand why this wouldn't be an appropriate response if there were only one university teacher in the room.

Yes, but even if there were only one university teacher in the room, she would also be "a" university teacher. Having only one in the room doesn't really help us distinguish between "a" and "the".
