What is "I'm snagging this"

I have heard people saying "I'm snagging this", "I'm snagging this idea", etc. but I always wonder what it exactly means. Does that mean something like "I like this"?

The first example is a bit vague without knowing what "this" refers to. In the second case it seems to be the meaning "snag = identify and fix small problems".

One of the context was one guy gave a positive feedback on an Online article. The other guy liked the comment and said "I'm snagging this".

I don't know that meaning.

"I'm snagging this idea" may also mean stealing/appropriating the idea, if it is someone else's idea. Perhaps that is more likely. It is hard to know without seeing more context.
