I'm a native English speaker in the US, and I can't understand the audio. It doesn't sound like a dialog, but rather, like two completely unrelated audio clips that have been spliced together. Moreover, the male and female voices are speaking simultaneously at the end of it.

the male voice just said to the woman that his arms are so muscular that his biceps look like mountains. On the sentence right before this audio, he points the "peaks up there" on the top of his muscles. And I think that he keeps on with this metaphor, speaking about this "crease" eventually that
