What is different between "crafts" and "craftsmanship"

I know that crafts could be referred to a person or something else

but it could refer to the same thing as craftsmanship

However, if I want to mean a skill, let say an example below, which one sounds more right? or less bizarre...

With our fine crafts, our products.............

With our fine craftsmanship, our products...........
