It's fine except for the punctuation and capitalisation. It should be:

OK, tell me what time you want me to be there in the evening. I'll be there.

I don't know what you were trying to say by adding "in the evening". Maybe you already knew that the meeting would be in the evening? So maybe you wanted to say this:

Tell me what time you want me to be there that evening, and I'll be there.
