What is correct one?? I'm so purplexed..T.T

The import!ance of rubber is that it is elastic.
When you stretch a rubber band and let it go,
its elasticity makes (A) [it / itself] quickly spring back to its original shape

I just love the word "purplexed"! I can just picture you turning purple! (Actually, and more boringly, it's spelled "perplexed".)

It should be:

"... its elasticity makes it quickly spring back ..."

"itself" doesn't work because the subject and object are not the same. The object is the rubber band, but the subject is "its elasticity".
