What is correct?

What is the correct way of writing?

It was in the last pocket I looked [in]
Considering the speed I was going [at],....
There is someone here who wants to see you/wanting to see you.
How could you wear a skirt in this temperature/weather.
I can't leave without eating/having eaten.

It was in the last pocket I looked [in] -- I would omit the second "in" as it is inferred and not needed. You already state "in" earlier in the phrase. Considering the speed I was going [at],....

It was in the last pocket I looked [in] -- I would omit the second "in" as it is inferred and not needed. You already state "in" earlier in the phrase.

Considering the speed I was going [at],.... I don't like "at" here either. You could omit it if the sentence is clear enough from the context, or re-word "Considering the speed at which I was going..."
