What is appropriate?

I read another thread on a similar topic, but it doesn't answer my question.

When is "warm regards" appropriate to end a letter or email?
What is the difference to "kind regards"?
Is "warmest regards" inappropriate for business?

Or is it all just the same!

Hi Lea, In North America, I think "warmest regards" would not be appropriate for business. Go with Yours truly, or Sincerely, Regards, or something similar. Kind regards is generic.

Signing off a letter ought not be a big deal. If your e-mail is business like, treat it as a letter.
