It just came to my mind: have eyes like a hawk if someone has eyes like a hawk, they notice everything. g: The supervisor has eyes like a hawk, so be careful she doesn't catch you eating at your desk.

The following idiom is the same but I think its a bit informal. It just came to my mind:

have eyes like a hawk

if someone has eyes like a hawk, they notice everything.

E.g: The supervisor has eyes like a hawk, so be careful she doesn't catch you eating at your desk.

Perhaps you could just say "detail-oriented." I have been described that way too (^_^)d. Good luck!

When you set out to reinvent a widely used and understood idiom you most often end up sounding contrived and artificial instead of fresh and new. My advice is to stick with the idiom and use your creativity in areas where it will do you some good.

This is a well know idiom but it's doesn't mean the same thing as "I have a great eye for detail." I would never use it as a direct replacement.

I noticed details very well

I know this is old but to change the resume....I would put "Attention to detail". I had attorneys calling me and interviewing me to see who wrote the resume.
