I was told that somebody used the expression of 'I meet you' to someone and explained that the meaning of 'I meet you' is 'I believe you'. I think it's kind of similiar meaning of 'I see you' used in the movie of Avatar. You must have watched the movie of Avatar and understood the different level of meaing of 'I see you'.
