What is "access bill"?

The woman says "this is about my access bill, isn't it?".

Is it something related to a bank, an identification card... ?

"Access" seems to be the name of a company (maybe a credit card company like Mastercard or Visa) or a bank/mortgage company. It might be the name of a service company, like a cell phone company. It is not important to the conversation here; it is a quick joke.

  • Apparently a lot of people where the show takes place subscribe to that company and owe it a lot of money or put off paying it or something like that because it gets a good laugh from the audience when the woman says it.
  • It is not clear, but it is not the company of the bank where the people are in the show.
