What is acceptable and what (is) not

Hi,
I wonder about this:

It is difficult to know what is acceptable and what (is) not. <--- can I leave out the verb?
It is difficult to know what is acceptable and what isn't. <--- is it ok to contract the verb at the end?
It is difficult to know what would be acceptable and what (would) not. <--- can I leave out the verb?
It is difficult to know what would be acceptable and what wouldn't. <--- is it ok to contract the verb at the end?
