What is a phrase?

0Hi,02br
02br
00My dictionary said that a phrase is a short group of words tht are used as a unit and whose meaning is not always obvious from the words contained in it. Great, 01u00but I have used the word "phrase" in just about any situations where there was two or more words regardless of their grammatical implications02u00. Was I wrong? Then, what's right?0-
