What is a 'liasor'?

I can find the word on the internet,
but cannot find it in every dictionaries that I can reach.

I think it's a kind of job title.
Thank you.

Google finds only 48 hits for "liasor", and a lot of those seem to be proper names. It's most likely a misspelling of "liaison".
