What I'm going to do NEXT / What I'm going to do (THE) NEXT TIME

Hello.
When we want to refer to a thing that happens immediately after something else, is it correct to say for example:
- What I'm going to do NEXT I don't quite know.(?)
- When you see me NEXT, I'll bring a bottle.(?)
And when we want to refer to a thing that doesn't happen immediately or it is for the first time since you last did it, is it correct to say
- What I'm going to do (THE) NEXT TIME I don't quite know. (?)
-When you see me(THE) NEXT TIME, I'll bring a bottle.(?)
Thanks

Yes. You have the general idea correctly. The adverb next refers to the immediately following step in a process, from one moment to another, immediately afterwards.

I don't know what I'm going to do next.

You never know what he's going to do next. [His behavior is unpredictable.]

First we'll go to the restaurant. We'll order the pizza next
