What I want to say is go to the Zoo.

I saw many examples similarly to the title where two verbs (like "is" and "go") are being put together. I feel bad about this from grammar point of view. May anyone explain this? Thank you.

There is in fact a command within the sentence : "What I want to say is 'Go to the Zoo'."
