What I mention/ mention about is ...

Which are grammatical?

1. What I mentioned is that we would attend the ceremony.
2. What I mentioned about is that we would attend the ceremony.
3. What I discussed is that we would attend the ceremony.
4. What I discussed about is that we would attend the ceremony.

I've known that mention and discuss are transitive objects and no need an preposition before an object. Then, what about 2 and 4? Are they correct?

Also, is it possible to omit 'that' in those sentences?
