What I look like

When I want to describe what I look like, which sounds ok? Are there any differnces between the words?

I have black/dark hair.
I have some white/gray hairs.
I have black/dark eyes.

Thank you.

black means black dark could be eg black or some shades of brown. We usually say hairs only if there are very few.
