"What I like most to do in my spare time are swimming and playing tennis."

I want to mention more than one activity using the noun clause 'what' . Would it be possible?

"What I like most to do in my spare time are swimming and playing tennis."

Or I have to say that:

"The things that I like most to do in my spare time are swimming and playing tennis."
