What I am encouraged by is ...

1. What I am deeply encouraged by is God's love.
2. What I am deeply encouraged is God's love.
3. The thing by which I am deeply encouraged is God's love.

Sentence 1 is the original quote. Is it grammatically correct? And does it sound normal with the "by"?
Sentence 2 and 3 is my modifications.
