What has he done or What had he done.
Which one is the correct one? Or they both are correct just different meaning?

Both are fine. Has done is present prefect (he did it sometime before now); had done is past perfect (he did it sometime before another point in the past).

I answered the Anon version. I then found the member version, which had no children, and deleted it as a duplicate-- but just as you were posting your answer to it. That millisecond made all the difference. Was your answer a good one?
