What game is a cootie? Catch a cootie?

I have heard it in the context 'being hard to catch a cootie'. A google image search produces a kind of paper game.

What is it exactly? It is not in online AmE dictionaries.

It's a kind of kids joke/bullying really. 'Cooties' are mythical bugs or parasites that they will accuse other children of having (when they don't like that child) and make a lot of noise about 'catching cooties' from the unfortunate victim.
