hello i want to know if this form is grammatically correct if not how should i correct it?"But as gradually the quality of teaching diminished as a result of some prominent teachers leaving the institute , there was no reason for me to stay there anymore."

The main problem is the two 'as's, which make confusing reading, and your word order only compounds the confusion. But because the quality of teaching had gradually diminished as a result of some prominent teachers leaving the institute, there was no reason for me to stay there.
