What for Questions

Dear native teachers,

Can you help me with this?

I've found these questions about a picture of Billy The Kid. But one of the questions sounds weird to me. Is its word other correct? Does it have unnecessary words? Here you have the extract:

Yes, it would! Question 7 is definitely weird, as you say. It seems as though the person who wrote the question started with one version, and then edited it to change it, but made some mistakes in the editing.
