What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

From the moment of being an adult, each person has to choose his own way to live in such a dynamic world. The journey of finding a good job is a hard road. You will spend 8 hours a day sitting in the office or working outdoors, which depends much on your passion and satisfaction for that job.

There are many factors contributing to job satisfaction. Most employees care about the rate of pay. There is no doubt about that. They need money to afford their living. If they are offered a high salary, they can easily take the job without thinking too much. Besides, employers’ recognition is worth considering. For example, when a student gets a high score at school, his parents appreciate his hard work and hence, they give him a compliment and a reward. The student will feel happy because his effort is realized. So does an employee. The other thing affecting to the job choice of a person is working condition. Money is undoubtedly important to everyone. Nevertheless, they will not dare themselves to work in a dangerous place.

To my point of view, the expectation of job satisfaction is not always practical to all workers. For instance, if you want to get a well-paid occupation, it means that you need to be an outstanding candidate applying for that position; otherwise, you have to do a lot of jobs at the same time to earn much money. Furthermore, no one can assure for your career when you work under high pressure with an unsatisfied boss who never gives you promotion.

To summarize, although job satisfaction is essential to labor force so that they can work effectively, it is difficult to make real for all workers.
