what exactly is "locality"?
Hi,
What does locality mean? Can I use it for designating a town or a village ? Or is there a more appropriate term?
E.g:
All the localities (i.e. towns and villages) in my county are supplied with electricity and running water.
Is it correct? Or could you recommend another word?(I need just one for both towns and villages)
