What else on the phone?

Suppose you are on the phone.

- Hello.
- Hello, Good afternoon.
- Could I talk to Paul? Ben Masters speaking.
- Paul-- what else? There are three Pauls in this office.

I would like to know if it's correct to use what else in this context. It's clear that we need the family name to know which one of the Pauls is the right one.

No. I'd ask 'Which Paul?'

I may reply "We have three Pauls. Paul who?"

I don't at all disagree with "Which Paul" as a suitable response. I'm just saying what else you may hear.
