A woman(A) is sitting outside her house in winter, and her friend(B) came to her and they had a conversation as below.

B: It' be warmer to sit indoors on a day like this.
A: You'd be surprised.
B: Can I sit here?
A: Yeah.

What does "U'd be surprised." mean in this context?
