what does "within one to two weeks" exactly mean?

Does it mean I will receive the delivery after one week but within two weeks from now on? Thanks

Thanks. But you misread it. It's "within one TO two weeks" not "within one OR two weeks". Otherwise what's the difference than just "within two weeks".
Thanks for your reply.

Thanks. But how to describe the scenario I initially referred to, which is "the delivery will arrive within two weeks but not within one week".
