What does "with" mean exactly here?

Anyway, Willas Tyrell will have Highgarden, what would he want with Winterfell? (Game of Thrones)

Highgarden and Winterfell are names of castles.

Hi. I know "What would he want with Winterfell" means "why does he want Winterfell".
But what does "with" mean exactly here? Does it mean "when it comes to"?
Thank you.
