Well, if people can't watch the video (but I still hope that someone will), I will try to describe what is going on. Two teenagers are about to be attacked by two enemies. The guy wants to protect his girlfriend and says to her: "When they have an opening, I want you to run away. Got it?"

Any ideas?

I presume it is a quirk of the translation. Perhaps it is a literal rendering of the original Japanese. In English it would normally be phrased something like:
When there is an opening...
When you see an opening...
When you get the chance...
