What does this sentence mean?

"No one can know you are here. "

These words are are told by Lysa to sansa stark, when sansa comes to Lysa's Kingdom to hide herself as she had a threat from Laborers. The conversation goes like this:

Lysa: I know Who you are. You are my flesh and blood.

(They hug each other)

Sansa: Aunt Lysa.

Lysa:You must not call me so, infront of. anyone.

Sansa:I understad.

Lysa:No one can no you are here.


Does this mean that, no one should not no that you are here .

Or

No one will not be able to know that you are here.
