Someone asked me to translate the following sentence into Dutch (since I am Dutch), but I have no clue what it means:
This dossier shall contain intervention and in-use limits for components.
I know every word in the sentence, but what exactly is meant by "intervention and in-use limits for components"?

First, I found this: a correcting device coupled to the processing device and to the measuring device and which compares the at least one measured actual dimension with a preset target dimension which lies within a tolerance interval having an upper tolerance limit and a lower tolerance limit, the correcting device configured and arranged to intervene i n a corrective manner in the control commands of the tool if the actual dimension lies outside an intervention interval which lies with an upper intervention limit and with a lower intervention limit within the tolerance interval. So the dossier lists these measured limits.
