What does this sentece mean

"We moved here because my father work in here."

Is this correct? I'm just wondering if this statement is an idiomatic. Is this sentese similar to this "We moved here because my father is working here."? If not then what is the difference between the two. Why not use

"We moved here because my father works in here." I thought this is not a futurative, isn't it?

thanks in advance

The original sentence has an error. 'In' is also suspect. This is correct: We moved here because my father works / is working here.
