What does this "PCH" stand for?

Hi,

Would you tell me what this PCH stands for?

Why can't they just walk down the bluff? I tell them they'll probably kill themselves and if the fall doesn't kill them then the car that runs them over once they land on the PCH will kill them.

Does this take place on the west coast of the U.S.? If so, the only thing I can think of is "Pacific Coast Highway".
