What does this means (Inside a Job Offer)

Hi,

I just received a job offer and there is a paragraph that states the following; Any relocation expenses including the gross taxable lump sum are to be repaid should your employment end 24 months for any reason within.

So this means that I have to pay the company for my relocation expenses if by any reason I left the company in the first 24 months?
