What does this mean exactly "I am very big with the under-5 set?

I was watching one of the american TV drama series 'Desperate housewives', which was the first episode of the season 1.

And I found some lines that I don't quite understand.

What does it mean exactly "I am very big with the under-5 set"?

Susan was having a conversation with Mike at the wake when they first met each other.

Here is the context of this situation.

Mike : I'm Mike Delfino. I just started renting the Simms house next door.

Susan : Susan Myer, I live across the street.

(They shake hands with each other.)

Mike : Oh yeah, Mrs. Huber told me about you. Said you illustrate children's books.

Susan : Yeah, I'm very big with the under-5 set.

Emotion: giggle

Susan : What do you do?

Mike : Plumber.

What does that mean?

Is it that she herself is a grown woman for dealing with the under-5 set?

Or that she is very busy dealing with so many under-5 sets?
