What does this mean?

Hi, teachers. Someone wrote this: It is too much that I can eat.
What does it mean?
The food is too much to eat?
I can eat very much?
Thank you in advance.

It's not good English. It looks like it was written by someone who is learning the language.

They probably meant to say: It is more than I can eat or, It is too much.
