What does this mean?

at 2:38 she says 'They want to hit you as hard as they want to hit you.'

Does that make any sense and what does it mean?

at 11:58
she says

Let them fill their false security in what they have planned.

To me it doesn't make sense, is it natural to say such a thing?

Thank you

'Does that make any sense and what does it mean I think she means that the circumstance she has just described doesn't affect how hard they want to hit you (implied to be very hard). "

Is repeating in the first sentence natural?
Is it like : She wants to sleep when she wants to sleep.
as opposed to She'll sleep when she wants to sleep.

Is there a difference?

I keep reading this over and over and I don't understand it.
Is it correct English?

Thank you

It sounds OK to me, as a figure of speech. If you look at the literal meaning then it may seem a kind of pointless thing to say, but the actual intended meaning is more like I explained (at least, as far as I understand it).
