What does this mean??

Hello teachers.
While reading an article, I got a question.

Police investigators are told to gather the facts; go where the evidence leads. This is the objective standard of proof we want and expect. The officer involved in any critical incident or use-of-force incident deserves no less.

In the last sentence, 'no less' means what?? I cannot clearly figure out what it means.

Thank you in advance.
