What does "thing'n" mean?

Hi.
Please help me with the meaning of "one thing'n another" in the sentence below. And also please clarify "n" in "thing'n".

"Women upset," said Wilson to the tall man. "Amounts to nothing. Strain on the nerves and one thing'n another."

one thing'n'another is a way of showing how one thing and another is said quickly. The phrase is an idiomatic way of referring to several things that you don't want to bother listing. eg A: What did you buy at the store?
