Oh, I am sorry to hear that. I don't know who can do a good job translating this song, when the lyrics are nonsense on top of nonsense. I am not a fan of rap, but there are rap songs that are good, this one on the other hand is terrible. I can ask a friend of mine in DC, who loves rap, to explain it to me in "normal" English.

Rappers invent new allegories and slang words all the time. They are on the bleeding edge of language change.
Most of it does not take hold, but then there are the cream of the crop rappers whose coinages go mainstream.
