what does the following sentwnces mean?

A.I have been to Mexico for 2 years. Does it mean I lived there once for 2 years.(showing experience)
B.I am tired. I have exercised for 2 hours. Does it mean I spent exercising 2hours and I am tired now.

I will have been waiting for 6hours by the time you come here .does it mean I will stop waiting when you come or I will still be waiting when you come. I think both are possible right it may have just stopped and or may still be going on.
