In #1 and #3, I think you mean

No-one can force me to change my position.

We also say 'No-one can force me to change my stand'.

#2 sounds like it means 'No-one can hit me and put me on the ground'.

Knock me off can be used both literally and figuratively. No one can knock me off my stand would mean that no one could change your opinion about something. Or, you could use it literally, such as, "My brother tried to knock me off the mound when we were playing King of the Hill."

Knock me down means to belittle or make one feel less than, if used figuratively, which is how the 2nd sentence above uses it. It can also be used literally, as in, "That man in the green jump suit tried to knock me down to be first in line for the sale."

The third sentence is problematic, and should probably be, "No one can knock me for my belief." I don't think it is natural speech to say, "No one can knock me off my belief." At least, I have never heard that said. In either case, it should be belief, and not believe. To knock someone for something means to criticize them. For example, "No one could knock me for supporting X candidate, even though he lost. He was clearly the better choice among those running for that position." or, "Don't knock me for voicing my opinion. Everyone is entitled to weigh in on this matter."
