What does the bonus in this context mean?

Given the sentence:

Hermione was now refusing to speak to Harry and Ron, but she was such a bossy know-it-all that they saw this as an added bonus. (Harry Potter)

A Korean has translated that ‘an added bonus’ was for Harry and Ron, for they weren’t going to be interfered by her. But I think, for a bossy know-it-all can accompany with refusing to speak to, the bonus indicates the kind of behavior from Hermione. Am I wrong?
