This is not your oversight. What does that mean? Does that mean 'this is not my concern" ?

What does the following mean?

This is not your oversight.

It seems wrong to me. I believe it's an attempt to say "This is not something you are responsible for" or "This is not something you have any authority to do".

I would not say that it means "This is not my concern". The nearest it mig
