What does take it back mean?

At 11:22 of this funny video, the host said, "I really feel like Missy we can't have you in the car...without taking it back."

Does "taking it back" mean "recall"?

Is "taking it back" a reference to the "song" that they launch into? The name of the song, or a lyric from it?

It's not the song's name. The lyrics doesn't contain the phrase, either.
I wonder if it's about "reminiscing about something."

Could be I suppose, but from the way he says it, and repeats it, and seems to expect that the phrase "taking it back" will mean something to people, and the way they respond, it gives the impression that the phrase has some extra significance. But if it's nothing to do with the song title or lyric

Hi

I'd guess it's short for 'take it back home', which is slang for 'let's make something great happen!'

Would this explain why they shriek after he says the phrase, as if he's said something very clever or exciting, and why he then repeats it as if he thinks so too?
