What does " sloppy-joe" mean in below lines?

I found "sloppy-joe" in the dictionary.
It means "a long baggy thin sweater" or "

"ground beef cooked in a spicy sauce and served on a bun"

but I think their meaing don't make sense in below line.

sloppy means
If you describe someone's work or activities as sloppy, you mean they have been done in a careless and lazy way.
Joe means "Guy"

For understanding the situation better,Freddy is drumming now.

----The lines go like in the movie "The school of rock"-----
- ?No, you're not hardcore~?
-?Unless you live hardcore~?
-?Unless you live hardcore~?
?But the legend of the rent
?Was way hardcore
-All right. Good. Stop.

-OK, Freddy, that was awesome.
You're rocking, but it's a little sloppy-joe.

He could have just said, "It's a little sloppy."

From the context, I'd say the speaker just means that Freddy's drumming was sloppy, ie careless and lazy.

He just says 'sloppy-joe' because he feels like playing with the word 'sloppy'.
In casual spoken English, people quite often play with words and sounds.
